MJ Welch Auctioneers was
started in 1994 not as an auction gallery but as a complete Estate and
Commercial Business Liquidation company. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
We
represent Estates of the deceased
or down sizing to retirement homes.
The majority of our
Estates we handle have family members or estate representatives who live in
other states or countries. . We do allow consignors to put items in one of
these large estate auctions. We are geared to handle fine art, antiques,
automobiles, pianos, jewelry, chandeliers, guns & etc.
We usually have a staff of
twelve at each auction. Because of the types of auctions we handle we employ
the services of Sadkowski & Associates, accounting firm, to handle registration
and cashiering at our auctions.
We don't have Auctions on a weekly or monthly basis. We have Auctions as often as necessary to accommodate our clients.
Estate Auctions can be very large so we usually use the Boca Raton Embassy Suites Hotel. We set up and display everything in two banquet rooms.
NOTE: Due to the poor Economy in South Florida, we now Truck Estates to Tennessee. The Economy is a little better there at the present time.
